All internet services have now been fully restored. The issue was caused by due to a power outage with the energy provider in the area.

If any connectivity issues persist, please advise customers to power cycle their router by turning it off, waiting 10 seconds, and then turning it back on.

Please note that customers should not press or use the reset button on their router, as this may restore factory default settings.
